Hello, my name is Jessica Forshaw, and I am delighted to share a bit about myself with you.

First and foremost, I am a proud mum, a step mum, and very fortunate to have a wonderful partner in my life. Alongside my role as a Primary School Teacher, I have discovered my passion for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and its transformative effects.

​

Life has its ups and downs, and I personally experienced a negative turn that led me to seek help and support. It was during this time that I discovered Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and embarked on a remarkable journey of personal growth. The process not only helped me overcome challenges but also fundamentally changed me as a person.

​

Motivated by the profound positive impact it had on my own life, I decided to pursue formal training in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy with CPHT Chester. Now, as a newly qualified practitioner, I am eager to share this powerful approach with others and guide them on their own transformative paths.

​

In addition to seeing clients for one to one sessions, I have been fortunate enough to run a relaxation club for my class within school. It has been a rewarding experience to witness the enthusiasm and joy my students find in these sessions. The relaxation club creates a welcoming space for all to unwind and recharge.

​

I am committed to maintaining a professional yet relaxed approach in my practice. I believe that a nurturing and non-judgmental environment is essential for effective therapy. It is my aim to help you tap into your inner strengths, focus on solutions, and achieve lasting positive change.
